Abstract
Allergic rhinitis is the most common disease worldwide and contributes to the development of other conditions by increasing endogenous intoxication. The state of endogenous intoxication against the background of topical steroid use in allergic rhinitis has not been sufficiently studied. The study utilized a combined drug, Ryaltris (olopatadine + mometasone furoate), capable of suppressing the release of mediators of allergic reactions. Under the influence of Ryaltris, the MDA level decreased by 42.6%, plasma catalase activity increased by 60.0%, and the MDA/CA ratio decreased by 80.4%. Additionally, the concentration of MSM254 and MSM280 decreased by 45.0% and 35.5%, respectively, bringing them significantly closer to the indicators observed in the healthy group.
